Full-TimeWe are seeking licensed journeyman plumbers who bring precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality to every job site. Residential and commercial experience is preferred. If you take pride in your craft and hold yourself to a high standard, we want to talk.
Plumbing Apprentice
Full-TimePrior experience is not required — the right character is. Our structured 18-month apprenticeship program pairs you with master-certified mentors, pays you from day one, and puts you on a direct path to journeyman licensure. This is a serious opportunity for serious people.
Residential Service Technician
Full-TimeWe are looking for experienced service technicians who can independently diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Exceptional client communication is as important as technical skill — our clients expect both.
Commercial MEP Technician
Full-TimeICS partners with general contractors, developers, and property managers on complex commercial MEP projects. We need technicians with the experience, discipline, and technical depth to perform at the highest level on demanding commercial job sites.
